ACHIEVEMENTS  

Developed and presented with the Nonprofit Resource Center a Leadership Certificate program.

Successfully coordinated the development and implementation of the first ever Continuing Education Program for the University of South Florida, Sarasota-Manatee, Sarasota, Fl.

Successfully facilitated the Human Resource factor for a Community-Based Child Welfare organization, Hillsborough Kids, Inc. This included the staffing of three Care Centers with a total of 250 employees.

Successfully assisted with the coordination of the Human Resources aspect of the merger of six Tampa area hospitals. Three consolidations involving six hospitals to date: St. Joseph's / Humana Women's, University Community/Centurion and Charter Tampa/Pasco and St. Joseph's/South Florida Baptist Hospital/BayCare.

Developed and implemented human resource policies and compensation plans for automobile dealerships, service industry companies, the public sector, an employee leasing company, physician practices, and for various not for profit organizations.

Two of my clients (the Lakeland Housing Authority/Lakeland and the Healthy Start Coalition of Hillsborough County/Tampa) were named as One of the Best Places to Work in Lakeland and Tampa.

Developed and coordinated cost reduction program, which resulted in fewer management layers, i.e., resizing, right sizing, and re-engineering for profit, not for profit and nonprofit organizations.
